Can I wind up estate myself in Scotland?

While an Executor may choose to handle the deceased’s estate without legal help, even small estates can be challenging to wind up without an understanding of the legal process.

LBTT threshold in Scotland increased to £250,000 - Good news for home buyers in Scotland​

We are pleased to hear the good news that the changes to Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) will begin on Wednesday 15 July (and lasting until 31 March 2021).
